Access to MPTrades Ultimate is provided on a monthly subscription basis. Payments are processed securely via Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize recurring monthly charges until you cancel.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, your access remains active until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused days.
Due to the digital and immediately accessible nature of the product, refunds are not available once TradingView indicator access has been granted. If you experience a technical issue, contact us and it will be resolved promptly.
After successful payment, you must provide your TradingView username to receive access. Access is granted manually within 24 hours. Access is personal, non-transferable, and may not be shared with third parties.
Sharing your access or the indicator script with any third party constitutes a breach of these terms and will result in immediate termination of your subscription without refund.
All code, logic, design, and content related to MPTrades Ultimate is the intellectual property of Max Pörtner (Braxart). Copying, redistributing, reverse-engineering, or publishing any part of the indicator or its code is strictly prohibited.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Max Pörtner (Braxart) shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of MPTrades Ultimate, including but not limited to trading losses, loss of profits, or loss of data.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the indicator after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Frankfurt am Main, Germany.
